Description
A Moment of Movement steps away from the usual approach to landscape photography, using intentional camera motion (ICM) to turn a grove of autumn trees into a soft, painterly swirl of colour and texture. Warm golden leaves stretch into fluid bands against streaks of sky and dark tree trunks, creating a dreamy rhythm that hints at the spirit of fall without getting caught up in the details.
This image reflects that brief, shifting energy of autumn a season where light flickers through branches and everything feels both still and in motion. Captured in-camera with a slow vertical pan, the photo holds onto the recognizable shapes of the forest while exploring the space between photography and abstract art.
For anyone drawn to creative nature imagery, A Moment of Movement offers a fresh look at the season. It’s about more than just the trees it’s about the feeling you carry with you long after the leaves have fallen.
